Dan Ewing
Aussie leading man Dan Ewing rose to fame as the iconic Heath Braxton on Channel 7’s Home & Away. Since then, he has earned multiple AACTA and Logie nominations, including “Most Popular New Male Talent” (2012) and “Most Popular Male Actor” (2014).
Demonstrating both range and quality, Dan has led back-to-back feature films over the past several years across genres including drama, thriller, and comedy. However, it is in the action genre that he truly excels. Dan brings high-level stunt experience to his roles, including high falls, evasive driving, wire work, firearms, fight choreography, deep-water submersion, and martial arts combat training.

Current Projects
A global movie star on the rise, Dan can be seen as the lead antagonist ‘CAP’ in Paramount’s critically acclaimed and Oscar-nominated Love and Monsters, which ranked #1 worldwide on Netflix throughout April and May 2021. He also reprised his leading role as ‘Simmons’ in the US chart-topping sci-fi blockbuster Occupation: Rainfall, opposite Ken Jeong, Jason Isaacs, and Temuera Morrison for Lionsgate.
In 2024, Dan completed The Silent Service for Amazon Studios and the action-comedy Zombie Plane. His next feature to hit theatres is the AACTA-nominated Godless: The Eastfield Exorcism, based on one of Australia’s most infamous true crime stories. In 2025, he has already wrapped the comedy All My Friends Are Back in Brisbane and is currently filming the highly anticipated drama Unspoken in Fiji. Next, he heads to Thailand to lead Dark Lesson, directed by Storm Ashwood.
